We use Kalix Health, a cloud-based practice management software, which store data in servers outside Australia, including in Microsoft Azure servers located in the United States. This means:

  • Your data may be subject to different privacy laws.

  • You may not be able to seek redress under Australian privacy laws if a breach occurs overseas.

  • U.S. authorities may access data under laws such as the PATRIOT Act.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely and transferred only to countries recognized under the OAIC’s “white list” of nations with adequate privacy protections.

When you visit our website

We may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site so that we can improve our service.
