Mastering Egg Health Program™
A 12-week personalised coaching program designed to optimise egg quality and ovarian response before your next egg retrieval, so you can go into stimulation with a clear, science-backed plan.
If you’re here, you’ve probably been trying longer than you ever imagined.
Maybe you’ve had eggs retrieved, but too many were immature.
Maybe fertilisation was strong, but embryo development didn’t progress.
Maybe you’re doing everything you’re told, yet your results still feel unpredictable.
IVF is not only physically demanding. It’s emotionally exhausting. And costs rise quickly when you move from cycle to cycle without a strategy that targets the factors you can influence.
This program is for individuals who want to stop guessing and start improving the inputs that matter most before retrieval, with structured support and personalised nutrition coaching.
What makes our program different
This isn’t generic fertility nutrition advice.
You’ll receive a step-by-step plan tailored to your pre-retrieval timeline, focusing on the foundations that can influence egg quality and embryo potential:
- Egg quality support and metabolic foundations
- Inflammation and oxidative stress balance
- Nutrient status and blood test blind spots
- Supplement strategy including safety, dosing, and timing
- Reducing fertility-disrupting chemical exposure
- Partner guidance for sperm optimisation, so you’re not carrying this alone
The 4-Step Egg Optimising System™
You’ll learn and implement the exact clinical framework I use with IVF patients preparing for egg collection.
Step 1: What to Eat and how to plan meals
A Proven fertility diet approach with weekly meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists designed for IVF support.
Step 2: What to avoid
Identify foods and patterns that may increase inflammation, worsen blood sugar swings, or compromise hormone balance during stimulation.
Step 3: Supplements for egg health
A personalised supplement protocol so you’re only taking what’s necessary, in the proper form, dose, and timing for your retrieval window.
Step 4: Reduce fertility-disrupting chemicals
Simple, realistic swaps to reduce exposure to endocrine disruptors in daily life.

What we test and why
When you’re preparing for IVF, it’s not about taking more supplements. It’s about personalising your plan, so you’re not wasting time, money, or energy on supplements that don’t match your body.
Your program includes one set of home testing kits to personalise the foundations that matter most for egg health and IVF preparation:
- Omega-3 Index (EPA and DHA)
Supports healthy cell membranes and inflammation balance, which can influence the follicle environment. We optimise your omega-3 status rather than guessing with fish oil. - Homocysteine
A key marker that can highlight methylation and B-vitamin blind spots, especially folate and B12, which are essential for healthy cell division before egg retrieval. - CoQ10 (Mitochondrial Support)
Egg cells are highly energy-dependent. CoQ10 supports mitochondrial energy production and antioxidant protection and is often a focus for women over 35 or with low AMH. - Glutathione (Antioxidant Defence)
Helps balance oxidative stress during egg maturation. We focus on strengthening antioxidant protection in the lead-up to stimulation. - Optional add-on: NAD+
A cellular energy and repair pathway linked with ovarian ageing. Considered only when appropriate for your history, labs, and IVF timeline.

Frequently Asked Questions
Catherine is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) accredited by Dietitians Australia and holds certification in Fertility and Prenatal Nutrition through the Early Life Nutrition Alliance.
This means you’re not seeing a generalist. You’re working with a dietitian who has additional, specialised training in how nutrition and targeted supplementation can support fertility, IVF preparation, pregnancy outcomes, and maternal health.
It’s an extra layer of expertise beyond standard dietetic qualifications, with a strong focus on evidence-based care for women trying to conceive and throughout pregnancy.
Our sessions are usually approximately 45 – 60 minutes long.
No. As much as we would like to, no ethical health professional can guarantee specific outcomes, such as improved egg quality, embryo development, implantation, or pregnancy.
Fertility and IVF success are influenced by many factors, including age, diagnosis, egg and sperm quality, uterine factors, genetics, and how your body responds to stimulation. Even IVF cannot guarantee a pregnancy.
What we can guarantee is this. You’ll receive a personalised, evidence-based plan and high-touch support that targets the factors we can influence, so you feel clear, confident, and supported as you move into your next IVF step.
Not necessarily. We prefer to review any recent blood tests and results you already have first, along with your IVF history and current timeline, before recommending anything new.
If additional testing would be helpful, we’ll explain exactly what we suggest and why, so you’re not doing unnecessary tests.
If you’re unsure what to organise, book an IVF Rescue Call, and we’ll clarify the best next step for you.
Home advanced nutrition testing kits are included only when you enrol in the Mastering Egg Health Program.
For other services, testing is not automatically included, but may be recommended as an optional add-on after discussion with Catherine, if it’s appropriate for your goals, results, and IVF timeline.
This may include targeted testing such as:
- Omega-3 index
- Glutathione
- CoQ10
- Homocysteine
- NAD+
- Vaginal microbiome testing
Our fee reflects specialist, high-touch IVF support rather than a general nutrition consult.
Each client receives a personalised strategy aligned with their IVF timeline, a detailed pre-session review, targeted recommendations based on bloods and history, supplement safety and dosing guidance, and practical tools such as meal plans and checklists.
We also limit the number of clients we accept each month to protect the quality of care and responsiveness.
