Every day in my consulting clinic, I hear profoundly personal and heart-wrenching stories. So many women have faced the pain of miscarriages or the rollercoaster of IVF, often feeling lost and overwhelmed. It’s a challenging and lonely road for many.
Pristine Fertility was born from my own battle with infertility and the journeys of countless women I’ve had the privilege to meet. I vividly remember the frustration, helplessness, and endless advice to ‘just keep trying’.
What often gets overlooked is the critical importance of egg health in overcoming fertility challenges. Proper nutrition and lifestyle changes can significantly improve egg health and increase the chances of a successful pregnancy.
