Why We Started...
She had been trying to conceive since she was 37.
Month after month, she waited. Hoped. Did everything her doctors recommended. After 8 rounds of failed IUI and nearing 40.
She was told IVF was her next and only option.
But no one had ever spoken to her about egg quality.
No one mentioned freezing her eggs earlier.
No one investigated her thyroid or evaluated her nutritional status.
No one correctly assessed her nutrition status.
No one showed her how to support her body after a miscarriage.
I kept asking myself…
What if she had known sooner?
What if she had been empowered with nutrition and lifestyle guidance before starting treatment?
What if she had been given the right guidance to prepare her body before starting treatment?
Would she be holding her baby today?
No one can say for sure. But she deserved better.
And I know this frustration deeply—because I was that woman, too.
When I began trying to conceive in my 30s, I was met with the same empty reassurance:
“Just keep trying.”
“We’ll wait and see.”
“If nothing happens, we’ll explore IVF.”
But no one taught me how to track my cycle properly.
No one explained how nutrition, stress, or environmental toxins affect fertility.
No one told me that egg quality isn’t fixed—it can be nurtured and supported.
And for women who have experienced miscarriage, the silence is even louder.
There was no conversation about how to heal, how to replenish lost nutrients, or how to prepare for another pregnancy.
Meanwhile, life around me moved forward. Friends and family members announced their pregnancies.
I was left feeling broken and confused like I had done something wrong.
So I started researching. Not just as a dietitian but as a woman desperate for answers.
That’s when I knew something had to change.
For years, I followed every conventional piece of advice and wished for the best outcomes. But month after month, nothing happened.
That’s when I started researching evidence-based nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle changes.
I learned how to support my egg health, balance my hormones, and give my body what it needed to prepare for pregnancy.
And then, I finally became pregnant.
It wasn’t luck.
It wasn’t just waiting and hoping.
It was about making the right, science-backed choices to improve my fertility.
That’s when I decided to undergo specialised training to become a fertility dietitian and created Pristine Fertility.
So you could finally get the evidence-based, personalised nutrition support you need to take control of your fertility journey.
Because your fertility deserves more than just waiting and hoping.
You deserve a plan.
And I’m here to help you every step of the way.
With love & support,
