Why I Founded Pristine Fertility...
A woman I met during one of our Fertility Reset Calls had been trying to conceive since she was 37.
Month after month, she waited. Hoped. Did everything her doctors recommended.
After 8 rounds of failed IUI and nearing 40, she was told IVF was her only option.
But no one had ever spoken to her about egg health and quality.
No one had explained the importance of nutrition.
No one had assessed her nutritional status or helped her heal after a miscarriage.
And no one had investigated her partnerβs sperm quality as if fertility was only her responsibility.
I kept asking myselfβ¦
What if she had known sooner?
What if she had been guided on how to prepare her body before starting fertility treatments?
Would she be holding her baby today?
No one can say for sure. But she deserved better.Β
And I know this frustration deeply because I was that woman, too.
When I started trying to conceive in my 30s,Β I heard the same phrases over and over again:
βJust keep trying.β
βWeβll wait and see.β
βIf nothing happens, weβll explore IVF.β
But no one taught me how to track my cycle properly.Β
No one talked about how stress, food, or environmental toxins affect fertility.
No one told me that egg quality could be improved with the right support.
And for women who have experienced miscarriage, the silence is even louder.Β
There was no conversation about how to heal, how to replenish lost nutrients, or how to prepare for another pregnancy.
Meanwhile, life went on. Friends announced their pregnancies. Baby showers came and went.
And I was left behind. Feeling broken, confused, and like I had done something wrong.
So I started researching.
Not just as a dietitian but as a woman desperate for answers.
Thatβs when I knew something had to change.Β
I uncovered the science behind egg health, hormonal balance, and how nutrition can influence fertility outcomes.
I learned to support my body with the right foods, supplements, and lifestyle choices.
And eventually, I became pregnant.
It wasnβt luck.
It wasnβt just waiting and hoping.
It was the result of small, intentional, evidence-based changes.
Thatβs what inspired me to specialise in fertility and build Pristine Fertility.
AΒ place where women and couples are finally heard, supported, and given a real plan forward.
Because your fertility deserves more than just waiting and hoping.
You deserve clarity.
You deserve a strategy.
You deserve support.
And Iβm here to walk beside you every step of the way.
With love & support β€οΈ,Β
