You will not be able to seek redress under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or any other act relating to sensitive or health information in Australia (or a State or Territory of Australia); You may not be able to seek redress in the USA.
Server operators in the USA could be subject to laws (such as the PATRIOT Act) that compel the disclosure of protected information.
The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit or receive from us. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that the personal information we collect will not be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
