3 Egg Quality Supplements to Watch
When you’re over 35 and trying to conceive, you’ve probably heard the same painful line at least once:
“Your eggs are old. You should think about an egg donor.”
Those words sit heavy. They can trigger fear, grief, and the feeling that time is slipping away faster than you can keep up.
But here’s something important I want you to know:
A growing body of early research shows that egg ageing is more dynamic than we once believed, especially in mitochondrial energy, DNA stability, hormone pathways, and cellular stress.
While nothing can turn back the biological clock, scientists are actively studying ways to support egg health at the cellular level.
